  • Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items / deliveries only (please see below for details regarding other causes).

  • We offer a 30-Day return period, beginning from the date of product delivery. The return package must be shipped within this strict 30-Day return window.

  • Please carefully review all of the policies listed below. They must be properly followed for a successful and convenient return experience. 

REQUESTING & INITIATING A RETURN

To inquire about a requesting a return, please begin by messaging us on our contact page or directly through our company e-mail:

In your message:

  • Please feel free to provide as much information and photos to support the return as possible.

  • Messages must include a detailed and clearly written description of the issue and the need for a return.

  • Specific answers to the following questions and subjects must be provided in your message:

    • An honest subjective description of the issue, describing why you feel the product is eligible for a return (damaged, defective or not as described in our listing). 

    • Has the product arrived in this condition?

    • Has the product been worn or washed? 

    • At least one attached photo visually supporting the issue described.

    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).

    • Preferred contact details for any follow up information that may be needed.

    • Customer name and order number(s).

Please allow up to 48-72 hours (usually sooner) for our support staff to receive and review the details of your return request submission.

You will receive a personal response from us confirming the return eligibility and initiating the return process for you.

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Returns must be received in the same new condition as they were delivered.

  • Returns must not have been previously worn or washed.

  • Items must be free of smoke / exterior odor, pet/human hair, stains from cosmetics, a removed size/tag, deodorant, perfume, or similar products, etc.

RETURN PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS 

  • Your return package can be mailed back to using any preferred shipping method or service.

  • All original packaging and damaged goods must be included.

  • When shipped, returned items must be folded, carefully packaged and fully protected during transit.

  • Do not use unacceptable packaging materials that may further harm the item (staples, direct taping of the product, etc).

  • Within the package, please include a printed or hand written copy of order details, order ID and any other additional information you feel may be applicable.

  • For additional security and verification, we ask that you please follow up after shipping and provide us with the tracking number and package details (so transit can be confirmed and monitored)

RETURN MAILING ADDRESS

Returns must be shipped to this exact “Return Address” provided. We will not be held accountable if a return is shipped to an incorrect address and not received.

INSPECTIONS

All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon delivery acceptance. If there are any indications that any the following policies have not been properly followed, then the return case will be nullified and the item will be sent back to the customer.

SHOPPER FRAUD WARNING

Throughout our years of e-commerce experience, we have unfortunately encountered many different forms of attempted “shopper fraud”. If evidence is present (a dishonest misuse of payment provider credit claims or any other method intentionally abusing the policies of our return system) then the individual will be reported to appropriate online authorities and all associated fees will be submitted to them as a separate invoice.Please understand that we operate as a small business, genuinely dedicated to the success of our brand and the complete happiness of every one of our customers. The results of shopper fraud are hurtful to any business but can be especially detrimental to independent ones like ourself.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be provided to the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your returned package.

UNWANTED ITEMS, WARRANTIES & EXCHANGES

As a “Print-on-Demand” business, all products are unique and only produced once they are ordered by a customer. This means that your purchase has been made exclusively for you, developed from the specific sizing and styling preferences you’ve personally selected during checkout.
 
 
As a result of our on-demand production process, our return policies must adhere to certain limitations to uphold the success and proper functionality of our company and storefront. 
 
Returns are allowed only in situations when a product has arrived damaged or defective. At the present time, we are unable to provide warranties or manage return requests for reasons similar to, wrong size, wrong color, or unwanted item or buyers remorse.
